My room was nice and roomy, plus it had all the appliances I needed, like a full kitchen. the staff here were super friendly! 😊

Perfectly comfortable and EXCELLENT location - within walking distance of everywhere we needed. Liked the way our well-kept apartment with views was arranged.

Location: the hotel was near to great restaurants and activities and cafes and restaurants and the beach. Sometimes it was rainy outside, so we went to Domino's Pizza, had some food there.

Would definitely recommend this place and I'd totally come back here without a second thought! 🌟

The facilities within the complex and the apartment was of a high standard.

The reception staff was very rude and disrecspectful to me as a customer. The apartment was great but the staff ruined the stay for me.

An ultra modern apartment - the best we've stayed in and very good value based on cost. No restaurant but an excellent Italian restaurant right next door and also very good value and excellent cuisine.

The pool at Mercure Allegra was fantastic, with a lovely view of the beachfront. the apartment was spacious and comfortable, and we enjoyed the outside patio. There was a great Italian cafe and restaurant next door, and it was an easy walk to shops. the manager provided excellent service and promptly fixed an issue with the TV signal. the pool area and gardens were well-maintained and neat. We would definitely stay again!

We stayed in a luxurious ground-floor "swim-up" apartment with a huge, private courtyard. Excellent for the children, and very well appointed rooms.

Unusual that accommodation of this standard isn't routinely serviced. I was surprised to find myself mopping floors and vacuuming before our drive home.

Fantastic complex, exceptionally modern, well equipped and spacious rooms. Great location, heated pool and the seaside across the road.

This place is in a beautiful location with onsite parking.

We really enjoyed our stay at Allegra Grand Mercure. Very modern and comfortable room and we would stay there again.

Our only complaint was that the verandah/main balcony floor was very dirty after previous rain but should have at least been mopped clean before we arrived. This remained dirty for our entire 4 day break.

The location and facilities were excellent.

The manager could improve her people skills; our flight was late and our drive was plagued with varying delays so we were unable to check in as the staff had left. We then had to play hunt the key and open the safe - not what you would expect for the price we were paying. Despite offerings of tea/coffee, every type of beer, water, wine, juice etc (at a price), there was no milk - so back in the car in pursuit milk...., Again, not what you would expect for a supposed high end apartment. Oh, and plenty of reminders that the accommodation is not a hotel.

Spacious, modern apartment with comfortable amenities. Clean, warm pool. Helpful, friendly staff. Large balcony with outdoor seating. Opposite the beach, great for walks. Good dining options nearby.

I would come here again, truly enjoyed the city and hotel. The atmosphere of the venue is quiet! The service is great with free parking available and great meals. The pool area is nice.
